  • The Promise of What’s Ahead

The Apostles' Creed ends by reminding us what all the rest of it is pointing towards: resurrection and eternal life with God. A worldview that doesn't deal with death and the afterlife isn't much help, but God's Word points us to a future that's better than we could possibly imagine!

  • God Who Lives in Me

The Holy Spirit is often overlooked as we focus on Jesus and the Father, but the Holy Spirit plays an important role in our faith and life - whether we recognize His work or not.

  • Risen and Reigning

As followers of Jesus, we often focus a lot on His death and resurrection - and for good reason! Those are supremely important events that our faith centers around and without them, nothing else matters. But Jesus' death and resurrection is only part of the story. He is still at work today and the promise of His return gives us hope to spare.

  • Son of God and Son of Man

Christians are usually really good at talking about Jesus as divine. Culture is usually pretty good at thinking of Jesus as human. But Jesus had to be both God and Man so that He could be our savior and our Lord.

  • God, our Father Almighty

The Apostles' Creed is one of the church's oldest statements of what we believe and it still unites all Christians today. We're united as children of God our "Father Almighty," who adopts us into His family and makes us heirs of all He has, even though we don't deserve it.
