Following Jesus isn't a solo activity. When we're brought into the family of God as adopted children, we're brought into a community with our fellow brothers and sisters. But where there's a group of people, there is bound to be discomfort, disagreements, awkward moments, and just plain people who annoy us. Part of being in community is embracing the discomfort because it teaches us to love others like Jesus loves us.
